Description
You are to research and analyze a well-established cause/campaign/event branding as a case study. Identify the brand strategy supported with its brand identity (Naming, logo, slogan, brand story, brand message, big idea, promotional videos, website, applications, etc.). Additionally, you are to explain its brand experience with a customer journey map.

The presentation must be easy to understand, clean, clear and concise. The presentation will be organised individually.

Cause/Campaign/Event Branding, Brand Identity & Brand Experience

Customer journey map is a diagram or several diagrams that depict the stages customers go through when interacting with a brand, from assessing information/buying merchandise online to supporting/giving feedback to the brand on social media.

Building a brand identity is a multi-disciplinary, strategic effort; every element needs to support the overall message and business goals.

Requirements / Submission
15 minutes presentation with a compilation of research results & case studies.

Objective
To create an understanding of brand strategy, brand identity & brand experience.

FEEDBACK

Good research on the study case although I was a bit nervous. Ms Lilian thought that my Customer Journey Map (CJM) was boring but then I came up with 2 different CJMs and she told me it was good to actually interview someone and make the CJM based on that interview. 


REFLECTION

Experience
This assignment was challenging although I have done something similar in the previous semester on Branding Corporate Identity on this one I had to make Customer Journey Map and dig deeper about the chosen campaign. I chose a campaign to do a study case on because I was interested on making an awareness. Thus, I was hoping by doing this research I could gain more information and inspiration for my next project which creating my own campaign.

Observation
Although I have done all the research for the presentation and prepared to present it to the class, sometimes I still feel nervous. This problem sometimes leads me to end up reading the whole slide.

Findings
There are a lot of things that we should be focused on when it comes to making a branding campaign, cause, or event. It is crucial to focus not only on the visual identity but also the branding strategy.
